I would argue that what is being done in my community is adequately promoting social and environmental justice. For example, my community regularly organizes events that encourage people to take care of the environment. These include days for planting trees, picking up trash in the beach, or adopting stray puppies and kittens.

Moreover, my community works towards promoting social justice in various ways. For example, by providing affordable housing to people who struggle to pay rent, or by giving children free school lunches. It also sponsors a great number of scholarships which contribute to helping people overcome poverty. I believe all of these actions are important in promoting social justice and making my community a great place.
