I don't think so. Maybe take a break, and come back to your homework a little later. Also, if you work better around people, maybe ask a few friends to help you out. Good luck on that homework!

If you have been suffering then its fine to feel stressed out. The best way to stop this anxiety and sadness is a break! Just have a day to yourself.
