-Washing your hands after going out in public, or touching a public surface

-Wearing a face mask in public to protect yourself

-Making sure to wash your clothes when you come back from work or any public place

-Working out daily

-Going on a healthy diet, not just for weight loss but for staying healthy long-term

-Make sure you are taking care of your Personal Hygiene

an informal structure in a bureaucracy would be something like so-called "office politics". where there's a formal structure set up for the organization, but then an informal subculture as well that has a way of organizing the bureaucracy further. this can be positive because it sets up an added degree of organization, albeit informal, within the bureaucracy.
