Paul is an immigrant from Nigeria who is fluent in English but is only able to get minimum-wage  jobs.

        If Paul does not have the education that is required for jobs that pay more, then it might be that factor rather than the fact that he is an immigrant.

After John came out as homosexual to his co-workers, his coworkers started to forget to invite him  to office parties.

            If his co-workers intentionally didn't invite him it could be discrimination and inequality, if other openly homosexual individuals were invited but not him then it is not inequality.

           Caleb wins a trophy, not because of the color of his skin or any other factor but because of his talent.

Gina is a white woman who gets a better deal for her car at the dealership than Tiffany who is also  a white woman.

           It is not inequality because we do not know the cars cost, age,etc. So the two women can have two completely different cars and one of them got the better deal because of it.
