Part 1: Identify a goal you wish to achieve, which represents a change either in the short-term or the long-term. As part of the identification, you must explain why you would like to achieve this goal. This does not have to be too personal (nor should anyone feel compelled to disclose something they are not comfortable disclosing). However, it should be important and meaningful. This should be about 250 words, and is due Week 2. Part 2: Identify the steps you will need to take to achieve this goal. This should identify anything you need to a) prepare for the change, as well as b) any support you may need to achieve this change. This should also include identification of any potential impediments which could prevent you from achieving this goal, and how you may overcome these. This is due week 3, and should be about 1500 words. Part 3: Provide a progress report on how successful you were on achieving this change. The point is not whether you were successful, but to explore the progress itself. Your report should reflect on those things identified in b, and how you could have better anticipated any impediments, as well as those you did not anticipate. This is due week 7, and should be about 1500 words.
