How did WW2 effect Europe, the pacific, and the USA?

The war began in Europe in September 1939, when Germany, under Chancellor Adolf Hitler, invaded Poland. Britain and France responded by declaring war on Germany but took little action over the following months. In 1940, Germany launched its next initiative by attacking Denmark and Norway, followed shortly thereafter by attacks on Belgium, the Netherlands, and France.

WW2 caused many famines do go through not only the US but other countries. Especially Third-World Countries. The tax rates went way higher and some foods weren't available to people. Citizens held petitions and protests but that didn't stop the war that was really coming. Many people died on the battlefield as well as in the homes due to starvation and murder.

The answer would be hard press.
