The courts in the Judicial system must make sure that all people have access to the due process of law. What does due process mean?

A. People cannot prevent others from enjoying their Constitutional rights.
B. All citizens must be allowed to vote in all elections.
C. The government must follow all of the legal rights and prospects a citizen has.
D. A person accused of a crime can demand his or her case be heard in private.
