With a mind willing to build new neural trails it is possible to raise or even expand the degree of any skill, this is due to a greater perception of unknown learning.

Here, the person believes that its basic characteristics such as: competence and intelligence are not enough, they perceive them as fixed and unchanged traits; which are just documents, unable to develop them. It is what we bring from traditions, values and beliefs, placed in our mind, that prevents us from making decisions, growing and evolving.

Most of the time it is believed that talent alone creates success without effort. That the quantity and quality of expertise and skills are genuine and that nothing can be done to develop or improve them.
