4. Joseph was driving around town when he was abruptly stopped by a police
officer. The officer informed Joseph that he was being arrested for a burglary
that had happened the night before. Joseph claimed to know nothing about
the incident, but the police officer arrested him anyway and placed him in jail.
Joseph was sentenced by the judge to 3 years in prison, however Joseph
