In December 2018, Fox News asked registered voters how concerned they were about a different set of issues, and that survey also found that partisans differed more on climate change than on 10 other issues, with 84% of Democrats compared to 41% of Republicans saying they were “extremely” or “very” concerned about it.

- how should we produce it?

- for whom should we produce it?

every country can't produce everything, no matter how rich their land is. it may be a matter of technology, resources or geographical conditions. so, these three questions must be resolved in order to get the most of the production of each land.
