Corporate wellbeing is a way of managing a company.

Corporate status is difficult to define; it is not just about managing a company. It is a complicated relationship between management, employees and other participants in the company chain.Corporate wellbeing implies corporate governance as well as appropriate legal and institutional regulation.Corporate governance practices emphasize fairness, accountability and transparency.The entire social community benefits from corporate wellbeing; several principles confirm the previous claim. Social Approach: A lot of attention is paid when paying employee interests, human rights, and overall social development. Economic Principle: The ability of an enterprise to perform its business activity effectively providing the broader community with benefits through certain products without causing any harm in any respect. Environmental Principle: The responsibility of companies towards the use of natural resources, and businesses should be held responsible for any damage to the environment, whether through maximizing profits or exploiting natural resources. Stakeholder Approach: All stakeholders mustto take responsibility and consider all issues and interests stakeholders.Corporations are required to pay a certain amount to the state. That amount varies between $ 50 million and $ 200 million, depending on the size of the corporation. It also depends on the type of business the corporation is engaged in, so there is a discrepancy in the amount of the corporation fee.On the other hand, the government supports corporations financially, spending over $ 100 billion on corporate welfare in the country. This is data dating back to 2012. This amount includes direct grants and loans to companies, as well as indirect aid to industries. Many factors are affecting social welfare and problems in the sector that affect it. Corporate welfare did not cause problems in social security funds.Addressing welfare is a complex problem, and the government needs to elaborate on a plan to address it. The proposed alternative is the Universal Basic Income. This system involves allocating a certain amount of money to all socially disadvantaged categories on an annual basis. The same project also involves financial assistance to those categories of people who are looking for a job and thus would be allowed to find a job more efficiently. Unfortunately, this program has some drawbacks because it is not comprehensive due to lack of funds. The program has produced some results. However, additional applications need to be made to reduce the poverty rate, and critics of the plan say it is merely a front for poverty.
