What is not the role of the president, can be interperupted as, what can the president NOT do?

The president of the United States cannot declare war, decide how federal money will and shall be spent/used, interpret any laws, select and choose people to become Cabinet members or Supreme Court Justices without any Senate approval, teh president cannot make laws, the Congress creates and passes the political bills and then the president may then sign those bills into official law. finally, Federal courts may review the laws to see if they agree with the Constitution, take away social security placements, legalize Medical Marijuana, and many other things.
