The National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), or the Wagner Act was introduced to the Senate and passed in the Senate in 1935. The passing of this labour policy changed the national narrative regarding labour rights and policies. Workers were now federally protected to organize and bargain collectively through representatives they choose, who would have their best interest.
