Of the 8, I would say radio, television, magazines, movies, propaganda, and newspapers are the opinion makers.  This is because they are either comprised of opinion or they don't tell the entire truth, which can lead it to being biased towards one side or emotion of a topic.  The reason why it isn't government or dictionaries is because those are factual, set-in-stone, documented, resources.
