Dole and Randy each purchased homes in a subdivision of 346 homes. They agreed to the subdivision restrictions that said no large animals may be kept. Several years later, the 8-year-old daughter of Randy asked for a pony. Randy obtained the proper building permits and constructed a beautiful barn and white rail fence to house the new animal.
