In Africa men are scared of the great commitment of raising a home. Most of them will rather engage in immoral relationship or better still get baby mama..on a general level, people no longer watch over their own,everybody only think for himself and this doesn't really define a family, irresponsible fathers,careless mothers, and disobedient children that's what we have..please you can relate it to America since I don't leave there

first, the romans stayed isolated because they had to defend their own territories from neighboring cities that were harassing them, like the etruscans. second, once the romans managed to defeat their neighbors, and started to expand their territory, they started to build roads and bridges. finally, now that the romans have covered their territory with roads functioning as highways, they could mobilize their legions faster to assemble larger military units in a specific place
