Explanation:

The Coriolis force changes the direction of the wind to the right and occurs due to the eastwards rotation of the Earth.  When this force is low as is the case in areas with low latitude, Cyclostropic winds are responsible for maintaining the course of the winds.  

A Cyclostropic wind is caused when a balance is created between atmospheric pressure and the centrifugal force. It is present in dust devils where it may flow eastwards or westwards.
