Felix has been a worrier all of his life. when he was a child, he believed and followed the expression "step on a crack, break your mother's back." he is now a perfectionist and runs his daily routine based on an inflexible schedule. his environment is arranged very predictably; for example, all of his shirts must be neatly pressed and hung exactly four inches apart in his closet. his pursuit of perfection has become self-defeating rather than constructive. felix would be diagnosed as having personality disorder.
