6. current u. s. law forbids racial restrictions in -wanted advertising but not in personal advertising: you can specify race when looking for somebody to date, but not when looking for somebody to hire. should both situations be treated the same? if not, what makes them different? if they should be treated the same (both allowed or both prohibited), how? why?
