Also, personality is often interpreted as a characteristic that stands out in a person, like someone shy "shy personality". So personality, in general, is something that can be stated explicitly, personality grows regularly and can change.

In psychology, there are groupings of human personalities based on how humans get their passion. This grouping was first created by Carl Jung (1920), in his book entitled "Psychologische Typen". In general, personality is divided into 2, namely Extroverted and Introverted.

Extroverts usually have an open, sociable personality and have a high level of concern for what is happening around them. While introverts, on the other hand, are considered to be excited through solitude. Introverts, usually tend to be quiet, pensive, and more concerned with the idea that they exist in their world. Between the extreme tendencies of introverts and extroversion, there is an atmosphere that is a mediating personality between extroverts and introverts. Although there are contrasting differences between introverts and extroverts, Carl Jung considers that there are rarely humans who are completely extroverted or introverted.
