The behavioral strain occurs due to deviant behavior. When an individual does not get adequate approval for culturally values aims or goals then the individual gets strain. When people do no get a positive goal of life that the society describes as the dedication and hard work for achieving a goal.  

Five points are responsible for a strain called ritualism, conformity, retreatism, insurgency , and innovation. The behavioral strain caused stress and that leads to frustration which causes aggression. The strain is a negative aspect of health. It creates many mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, phobia, etc.
