I will ensure that I follow a balanced and evidence based approach in making decisions.

Making sure that the wages are assigned appropriately per individual person may be a very challenging task if the wages are too low it affects workers and their families negatively however if they are too high still there will be some economical effect .

A balanced and evidence based approach will properly evaluate the needs of the workers and their families whilst also considering economic factors , a balance then need to be established that the minimum reasonable wages are set to the national standards for every worker whilst ensuring that sustainability is maintained between both employees and businesses.
