How records should be destroyed i think they are erased and then some may be shredded  and burned im really not sure how these get disposed

Tbh i would probably burn most of it since it cant be retraced but shredding them can be retraced and erased can be reformed from the dark web

it all depends on how long the hours are. i think they wouldn't approve of it. in my opinion.
