The daughter of the reverend Oliver Brown’s was prohibited to study in one school near her house because of her colour, the school only allowed white people. Oliver Brown and other black parents decided to ask support at National Association for Advancement of Coloured People (NAACP). The parents opened a complaining against the  board of education of Kansas. They want stop the discrimination in the schools. NAACP decided to get involves as the Supreme Court’s decision gave George W. McLaurin, which was also a black man, the right to study in the same University as the white students in Oklahoma.
