In this process person seeing whether a potential relationship is much worth rewarding than the current relationship. people stick their current relationship as much as they think less about the alternatives of exchange theory. some psychologists said that if a person finds content in his current relationship then he doesn't try to find out the alternatives.

people who belong in upper class society would most likely get there by obtaining multiple source of income, which a certain percentage of ownership for businesses. since most of them are job creator, they would most likely get their money from profit, not wages.
