Explanation:it is mostly the other way around and all because of the race issue , an African American will most of the time see another African American as a brother or a sister however they will mostly see the whites person as a threat in most cases due to the fact that the white person also would see them as a threat also.

The issue is mostly that the whites see the African American as an enemy and it also the other way around .

Whites see African American as the group with more criminals and African American react to that as seeing whites as their enemies since they mostly would kill the African American hence the African American will also use the opportunity to kill the whites person.
