Do you believe the debate of free will vs. determination is useful? how so?

FW : enables people to have free choice and choose the decisions of their life. Since we are masters of our own destiny the debate enables us to evaluate when we use FW and when it’s deterministic.

Determinism: explains how we in some situations we are directed by external factors. Helps us understand the unconscious conflict of unconscious personalities and realise that some of our behaviours have a direct cause.
