How can a life skills trainer teenagers recover from domestic violence

By talking about their own experiences that can relate to the teenagers

They can use past experiences to relate to the victim. They can also teach a technic using a bracelet with beads on it and the person will hold a bead and say what they are thankful and blessed for. In past experiences a bead bracelet has helped me with not being stressed and crying when things went south for me. But I find this works when someone teaches you this and may help some people.
