Unconscionable bargains will be punishable by laws because  it's seen as something that is made as an effort misrepresent, to extort , or to trick other people into fraud.

When people are proven to be guilty for unconscionable bargains, it is really rare for courts to impose a jail time as punishments. Those people would most likely forced to renew the contract or have to financially compensate their victims plus additional fines to the court.

yes. it has been proven significantly, especially with a more than ever huge influence of social media & everybody's opinion. for example, we could bring up movements such as the black live's matter movement, or something as such as the march for our lives movement. more than ever it seems as though everybody is starting to care more about this world.
