What is one way to calm your feelings before taking a test

If you want to remain calm before your test, then the only way is to prepare yourself enough for the test that you wont be scared of it at that day.

Even after full preparation, you are feeling some anxiety or pressure, then do some Yoga, calm your self, take a bath, have a healthy snack, revise your test to ensure that you are fully prepared, talk to your family, try to free your mind from tension etc etc.

So the best option is to get fully prepared for the test.
