The gigantic cultural diversity found in Latin America is mainly a result of the immigration of European peoples to the "new continent" and colonization made by them over the peoples found in the America.

From north to south, different peoples and cultures coexisted with each other, some isolated in the forests preserving their own cultures and customs, and others with more frequent contact coming to enter into frequent conflicts of war.
