I am going to explain why Jesus is my priest, intercessor, and advocate: First of all, Jesus Christ is my high priest because he came to reconcile me to the father God. One of the major duties of the priest is to create a connection between God and the sinner. Jesus does that for me, he connects me to God to be reconciled. Secondly, he is my intercessor because he prays for me and he stands before me and the father. An intercessor is the one who stands before the guilty and the judge to lower the penalty that I deserve. And finally, he is my advocate because every time I make a mistake and then I approach Jesus to repent from my sins, he just stands before the father to take off my punishment.
