It was found that reading special coverage on hot topics increased heavily in this app, then the app started offering more systematic, coherent and well-rounded information.

At a time where penetration rate of libraries is so low, this kind of reading is supplementing the lack of public libreries.

Chinese people are one of the most people that spend more than 8 hours per week reading.

The country where people spend an average of eight hours reading per week is China. China citizens spend eight hours reading per person per week which makes China becomes the third most country with high average hours spent on reading.

A research conducted in 2005 shows that China is the third most country with a high number of hours spent on reading. Chinese adults nowadays spend an average of 62,21 minutes of reading online per day. More than 60% of Chinese adults read books, news, articles, and stories online. They read it through smartphones. The massive development of digital media increases the rate of digital reading in China. The number of digital reading on the internet, mobile devices, and the e-reader is China increase up to 64% in 2015.

Yet, there are ways to improve that number but cultivating a reading habit, such as:

•Get used to going to the book shops

•Visit the library often

•Read fun and compelling books

•Have a reading hour or reading day
