What kind of food would we have if there weren't europeans?

Well our diet probably be more of rice and vegetables. For meat, our best source would be fish or if we can afford it either chicken or pork.  Beef would probably be expensive and only a few would be able to afford it.  Most of our diet will depend on the area that we live in.
