George's group appears to be in "norming"stage.

Norming is when individuals begin to determine their disparities and resolve differences, value partners' qualities, and regard your power as a leader. Group development more often than not takes after effectively conspicuous stages, known as "forming, storming, norming, and performing."  Bruce Tuckman who was a psychologist made this noteworthy expression, later included a fifth stage, "adjourning" or "mourning."
