Jeff is a bird watcher. every year in the first week of spring, he visits the hawk mountain sanctuary in pennsylvania. last year, he saw 12 turkish vultures, 2 bald eagles, 4 northern goshawks, and 7 red-tailed hawks. jeff didn’t see any other birds. this year, the sanctuary authorities are expecting 175 birds during the time he visits. use this data to predict the count of each bird that will be in the sanctuary during this year’s visit.

On his first visit he saw a total of 25 birds: 12 Turkish vultures, 2 bald eagles, 4 northern goshawks, and 7 red-tailed hawks. And they expect 175 birds next year. If we divide 175/25=7, we find that there will be 7 times as many birds, so we now we can just multiply each amount of birds from before to predict next year: 84 Turkish vultures, 49 bald eagles, 28 northern goshawks, and 49 red-tailed hawks.

Iwas in a argument about a certain class grade with my teacher. it was a ‘a-’when i felt that i deserved a ‘a’. i showed him (my teacher) why i felt i derserved so. i questioned what i got wrong and showed him what i learned. i look back to that teacher with nothing but love and support because that’s the class that i actually learned the most. the moral of the story is to see where the other person is coming from and what they have done. also, when in a conflict, never attack the persons character. this will just make the argument end poorly.
