2 The morning announcer on a radio station sometimes has to operate a talkback segment in which various listeners call the station to express their views. To avoid any defamatory statements going to air, these calls are usually placed on a 5-second or 7-second delay. If the caller makes a defamatory statement, the announcer can press a ‘panic button’ to cut off the call before it goes to air. The station manager is very concerned about unsatisfactory calls going to air and has devised a test for the announcer to test her reaction time between recognising such a call and pressing the panic button. Over a series of trials her reaction times are found to be normally distributed with a mean of 3.80 seconds and a standard deviation of 1.10 seconds. Find the z-score that correspond to reaction times of length 4.00

s. Express the result with 2 decimal positions.
