On many highways state police officers conduct inspections of driving logbooks from large trucks to see if the truckers has driven too many hours in a day. At one truck inspection station they randomly surveyed 350 truckers and found that 54 of them had driven too many hours. Based on the results of this inspection, construct and interpret a 90% confidence interval for the proportion of truckers that have driven too many hours in a day.
