Question: A selective population census was carried from more than 2 million people in US taking 16 cities given below. The following variable has been used in the experiment:
v1=City
v2=Estimated Percent Undercounted
v3=Minority percent (Black or Huspanic)
v4=Crime rate per 1000 people (serious crimes)
v5=Poverty Percent
v6=Percent having trouble reading or speaking English
v7=Percent over 25 not completed high school
v8=Percent of housholds in multiunit buildings
v9=City geological location categories (1.West, 2.Midwest, 3.mideast, 4.east.)
1. Analyze the data and find out wither the data provides enough evidence to satisfy the variables mentioned?
2. Discuss wither certain groups has been over or under represented?

There are a lot of controversies on whether the census undercount varies by geographical location. This is important to determine because census counts affect representation in state and federal legislatures and the distribution of tax dollars back to localities. Are some cities being "victimized" by the undercount? Are certain groups being "victimized" as well? Please use these data to address these questions.
Each of the following steps are necessary for the analysis. You will need a short introduction stating the research question(s) following by another short section on the data and what you know about how the data were generated.
1. Study the raw data looking for any anomalies. Fix any you find if you can or at least keep them in mind as you do the analysis.
2. Study the univariate descriptive statistics. Write what they are telling you about each variable in the data set.
3. Study the scatter plot matrix. Write what you learn about the marginal relationships between the variables and the possible role of particular observations that may affect the fit.
4. Discuss whether statistical inference is justified.
5. Discuss whether causal inference is justified.
6. Construct one or more regression models, estimate the regression parameters and interpret the results. Be specific.
7. What conclusions can you draw from the data? Write down the summaries of your data analysis.
In each steps, please focus on the explanation of the statistical analysis and the physical meanings behind the data.
