hey! i can't decide if i should take the SAT or the ACT, any thoughts? i want to get into UCLA or UH and i hate taking tests so i'm not sure which one would be easier\better for me to take.

Both tests come with their own set of challenges, it all depends on where your strength lies. For example, the ACT includes a science section that the SAT doesn’t have. So if science is your strong suit that might be an option. Otherwise, the ACT tends to favor people strong in reading and writing because is it 75% of the ACT overall score, while it is 50% for the SAT. Other than that, they are very similar and whichever test you choose to take shouldn’t matter for colleges because they accept both. Good luck!!
