Could you explain to me how the soccer collects kinetic energy when its kicked? if that makes sense? or how it collects energy when it is kicked.

When you swing your foot to kick the ball you are building up kinetic energy and when you foot hits the ball the kinetic energy is transfered to the ball therefore making the ball move when you bring your foot back before you move it forward it has potential energy then once you move your foot forward the potential energy is converted to kinetic energy you can refer to newtons third law of motion for help. hope this helps please give brainliest
