When saturated air is cooled what happens to its capacity to hold water vapor

The capacity of air to hold water vapor varies directly with temperature. as temperature of air increases, its capacity to hold water vapors also increases. in this case, when saturated air cools, which indicates a temperature decrease, the capacity to hold water vapor also decreases, causing some  condensation to occur.
