From what I have noticed is that all people look quite decent/ good-looking in our eyes. So is with us, we would look pretty nice in other people's eyes too. We just judge ourselves alot. The thing we can do is take a bath and opt a fresh look for school and wear good clean clothes. Don't appear untidy to anyone. No matter how messy you are but don't present yourself like a messy person.

Also since you are a guy, I would suggest you to keep your hair ..I mean like style your hair and ensure that your skin and lips are moisturized. I know it's cliché but personality matters the most haha..yeah even most average looking person in class may appear attractive for his personality.
