So I believe that according to Newton, whenever objects A and B interact with each other, they exert forces upon each other. In this case, the thrust of the hands which come in contact with the skateboard are called action and reaction forces. This process would fall under Newton’s third law of motion, in other words, the 3rd Law.

I’d say it’s his 3rd law because the skateboard has been pushed meaning it was acted on causing 2 forces to meet when it was pushed; Newton’s 3rd Law is when 2 object interact they apply forces to each other which is what just happened with the skateboard and the skateboarder
