Before testing Phil's 1RM for the barbell back squat and barbell bench/chest press, you go over proper form and technique. You note that Phil has great technique, range of motion, and should be able to safely perform 1RM testing. You start with the barbell back squat (on a different day than the familiarization period). Phil had progressively increased weight appropriately using your guidance with increases of 10-20% from one attempt to the next until he neared his maximal weight. On his last attempt, he was able to to squat 185 lb and was certain he would not be able to go any higher based on the effort of this lift. What would be the relative weight lifted
