Consider a very long electrical conductor of 10mm diameter, it is placed concentrically inside a cooled cylindrical tube of 50mm in diameter. The conductor is dissipating heat of 6W per meter of length, and its outer surface has an emissivity of 0.6. The inner surface of the tube has an emissivity of 0.9, and is maintained at a temperature of 27oC. Assuming that both surfaces are diffuse and gray, and that the space between these two surfaces is evacuated, determine the surface temmperature of the conductor
