Using all three of newtons laws, explain how objects react to forces

According to Newtons Laws, objects react to forces in a variety of different ways. 
The first way, is that objects will stay at rest unless acted upon by an outside force. For example, if you leave a book on the table, it'll stay there unless someone or something moves it. 
The second way objects react to outside forces, is that the force experienced by the object is proportional to the mass and acceleration. If you increase the mass or acceleration of an object, you also increase the force. 
The third and last way, is commonly known as inertia. This means that everything exerts a opposite and equal force to a force acted upon it. For example, a book sitting on a table is exerting an equal and opposite force to the force the table is exerting on it. That's why when two opposite forces are equal there is 0 acceleration and nothing moves.
In summary, based on Newton's Laws objects react to each other when they move when an outside force acts upon them, when the mass or acceleration causes the force to increase, and when the forces are balanced and the object stays still.
