Vf = Vi + a(t)
a = (Vf - Vi) divided by t
F = m x a

V  =  u + at.    Where    v  = Final Velocity in m/s.  u = initial velocity in m/s,   a = acceleration m/s2, t = time in s.

a  =  (v -u) / t.
