You can use breathing and relaxation When your body is stressed by calming down doing some thing that not pressuring not too hard to do some thing calm something easy something that will free your mind and let you have space I recommend deep breathing and doing some thing that makes you happy not like a cold or something and not worrying about what you have to do for other things that’s how you can help you oh and I forgot to add this but for your mind it is good to do this because your mind being pressured too much can cause your mind to be overwhelmed and it can cause your brains to hurt so doing those things will be better not only for your mind and body but for your health so that is how it can help you
