What occurs when light enters the eye? Light from an outside source is available to illuminate the eye; and the light is reflected off the translucent surface after it enters the eye.
Light enters the eye and reaches the retina where special cells turn it into electrical impulses that the brain interprets.
Light passes through the opaque covering in the front of the eye; then reflects off the surface of the retina and cornea.
Light is transformed into infrared waves; then those waves are reflected into the eye where the brain interprets it.
